Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors.
- Have min work experience. 10 years in the same position (Bachelor degree)
- Having excellent experience Mining Business Process, HR Procedure and Regulation
- Having experience with leading a project in terms of improvement
- Having knowledge in labour law and regulation related to it
- Able to work with a deadline
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to be placed on job site PT Darma Henwa Tbk
