- Develop and implement recruitment plan, including all recruitment process and regarding organizational development.
- Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process from screening to exit interview & off boarding

- In charge for talent acquisition including talent pool Management
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management;
- Minimum experience 2 years in aviation company or related field;
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment process;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill;
- Able to conduct psychological testing and explain the result to users;
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
