Job Description:
- Manage the administration of incoming and outgoing employees
- Simulate and control employee overtime
- Ensure employee administration is running well (attendance, overtime, donations, allowances, medical ceilings)
- Responsible for the process of coaching, sanctioning and warning employees
- Update employee data
- Organizing internal correspondence (employee mutation rotation)
- Maintain good relations with external parties (hospitals, insurance, BPJS, local DISNAKER, and partner schools)
- Manage and maintain company’s facilities and infrastructure
- Responsible for company legal
Job Specification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration/Management/Industrial Engineering/any related field
- Minimum 1 year experience, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to work under high pressure
- Have a good analysis and logic of thinking
- Eager to learn, have a good attitude and communication skill
- Able to work in teams (strong leadership) and individually
