- Organize company business trips
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
Job Specification:
- Diploma of Secretary or any related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Have a good integrity and loyality
- Able to work under high pressure
- Have a good analysis and logic thinking
- Eager to learn, have a good attitude and communication skill
- Able to work in teams (strong leadership) and individually
