Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our company culture andimplement strategies that support business growth. Strengthening culture in the organization and providing expertise Employee Engagement, D&I, Policy and Procedure Development, and HR Compliance. Improve existing HR processes and introduce new policies and processes as required.
- Minimum 6 years of Human Resources experience
- A strong understanding of labor and employment law
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams to implement cultural changes
- Having a strong knowledge about GCG, SOP, SWI and its implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Profound knowledge of organizational culture, change Management, and employee engagement strategies.
